Refund Policy

This Refund Policy governs refund requests for Session for Golf subscriptions purchased from JK.Creative LLC (“JK Creative”). By subscribing to Session for Golf you agree to this policy. Questions: support-golf@jkcreative.store.

1. Free trial

Every new account gets a 14-day free trial. No payment method is required to start a trial and no charge is made during the trial period. If you do not activate a paid plan before the trial ends, your account is downgraded to read-only — you will never be charged without explicit subscription activation.

2. First-month refund window (monthly plans)

If you activate a paid monthly plan and are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 14 calendar days of your first subscription payment. The 14-day window begins on the date your initial payment is processed through Square.

Approved first-month refunds are issued in full to the original payment method. Processing time is typically 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

3. Cancellation at any time

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to paid features until that date. After cancellation, your data remains accessible in read-only mode for 30 days before deletion.

No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period (outside the first-month refund window in section 2).

4. Annual plans

Annual subscriptions are refundable within 14 calendar days of the initial annual payment, pro-rated for any months that have already begun. After the 14-day window, annual plans are non-refundable but remain active through the end of the paid period. Annual plans do not auto-cancel — you may contact support to cancel auto-renewal at any time.

5. Intro-to-standard price flip (pre-2026-07-01 signups)

Monthly plans signed before July 1, 2026 are charged at introductory pricing ($30/$60/$120) for 3 months, then flip to standard pricing ($40/$80/$160) at month 4. Annual plans signed before July 1, 2026 are locked at introductory pricing through the end of their paid year. The intro-to-standard flip is not a basis for a refund — the pricing schedule is disclosed before subscription and acknowledged in the checkout flow.

6. What happens when a refund is processed

  1. Your subscription is cancelled in Square and will not auto-renew.
  2. No further charges are made to your payment method.
  3. Your account is downgraded to read-only for 30 days, then deleted.
  4. If you wish to use Session for Golf again after a refund, you may purchase a new subscription at the then-current rate.

7. How to request a refund

Email support-golf@jkcreative.store with:

  • Subject line: “Session for Golf Refund Request”
  • The email address used for your Square purchase
  • The date of your first payment
  • A brief description of the reason (optional, helps us improve)

We confirm receipt within 1 business day and process approved refunds within 3 business days.

8. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — almost every situation can be resolved more quickly by email. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support may result in permanent account suspension.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Material changes apply only to subscriptions activated after the effective date of the updated policy. Existing subscribers are grandfathered in on the policy in force at the time of their most recent renewal.
