- What happens to my students’ data if I cancel?
- You can export your full student database to CSV at any time. After cancellation, we hold your data for a 30-day grace period so you can come back or finish the export.
- Do my students need to download anything?
- No. Session for Golf runs as a Progressive Web App — students open a link in any browser, and it works like an app with no install required.
- What NFC fobs do you recommend?
- NXP NTAG213 fobs. You can order them from GoToTags or ShopNFC. We’ll help you configure the first batch during onboarding.
- What if I already use Square?
- Connect your existing Square account in two clicks. We don’t force you onto a new payment processor or re-verify your business.
- Can I move from CoachNow?
- Yes. We have a migration guide for moving your student list, lesson history, and notes. Videos transfer via re-upload — we’ll walk you through it.
- Is my video secure?
- Yes. Video is stored on Firebase with per-coach access controls. Students only see their own clips. Coaches only see their own students.
